Read the reviews before calling and asking to have my computer looked at due to the recent poor performance of my computer. Someone answered immediately, told me to come on... read more by and drop it off with Jason at the shop. I did exactly that and was met with an accepting, positive, and pleasant attitude by Jason. I felt comfortable leaving my Dell laptop with Jason for a diagnosis. Later that same afternoon Jason called and told me my drive was going bad and he could easily replace it and have my computer back to me in a day or so. He did exactly that!!!! My computer is working like new, all my information was copied over to the new drive, and I am one happy customer!!! I strongly recommend this shop for your computer needs. If I could give them 10 stars on this review I would. Great customer support, personalized service, and they informed me of the work being done, and associated costs, all along the way. Just plain Quality in what they do and how they treat you. Outstanding!!!! Thank You Jason for making this experience one of comfort and convenience for me. I am a happy camper.
